  • Eat easy-to-digest foods.
  • Avoid Dadhi (Curd), Madya (Alcohol), Shukta (Acidic beverages/soft drinks), Jagarana (Staying up late), Vegadharana (Suppression of the urges), Aniyata asana (Improper posture) and Upavasa (Fasting for longer period)
